Donna Berger is Named Director!

Donna Berger has been named executive director of the Community Advocacy Network (CAN), a statewide, nonprofit advocacy initiative that represents the needs of Florida’s common interest ownership communities.

Donna Berger is one of the founders of the organization and a registered lobbyist who has spent more than 14 years honing a practice in community association law. She is now a partner with the law firm of Katzman & Korr, which devotes its practice to the representation of community associations.

"With so many associations in the state, it’s surprising that they haven’t previously been more organized," Donna Berger said. "When CAN speaks, it sends a clear message that’s backed with the power of thousands of voices. This is hard for our Legislature to ignore."
